Retail Sales Associates help our clients achieve their desired looks by aiding them in the selection of clothing and accessories. Sales Associates must identify the client’s tastes, activities, body type and desired image in order to tailor a look to each client’s needs. Our objective is to help every client look and feel their best.

What you will do:

• Engage with customers to maximize sales by executing our straightforward consultative sales process
• Inspire customers by introducing them to new and unique styles
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to best serve customers
• Demonstrate a sales and customer focused mindset through quality interactions with all customers
• Maintain store appearance through organization and cleaning
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and assist other employees with tasks and team selling
• Other duties as necessary for the operation of the store

Qualifications and Experience you should have:

• 1-2 years retail sales experience
• You must have an outgoing personality and naturally engage with people
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work day or evenings, as needed
• Ability to work at least 15 hours per week

The Retail Sales Associate position offers an aggressive compensation plan composed of an hourly wage plus commission on all sales. This is a huge money making opportunity for the right individual.
